Photography Services

By booking any photography services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Agreement: Clients must provide detailed specifications and requirements for the photography session, including location, duration, and special requests, prior to booking.

2. Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be completed before delivery of the final product.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Image Delivery: Final images will be delivered digitally within the time frame agreed upon during the booking process.

5. Image Rights: Clients receive non-commercial usage rights for personal use. All copyrights remain with the photographer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage to images after delivery. We are not responsible for any technical failures that may occur during the photography session.

7. Confidentiality: Personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
